Around the Forêt-Fouesnant

By following this route, beginner hikers can discover the Forêt-Fouesnant. Afterwards, they can visit its nautical center. This route is easy and intended for small walkers and novices in hiking. This circuit extends over a distance of 7.53 km with a high point of 28 m. To experience this adventure, you should allow at least 2 hours 15 minutes. Departing from the Bay at Forêt-Fouesnant, hikers pass through several crossing points along the GR34 such as the Corniche de la Cale, Lavoir or the Chemin de Pontigou.

Between Cap Coz and Beig Meil

Among the simplest and easiest routes, we can also mention the coastal path leading to Cap Coz. This is a round trip ride along a 9.66 km trail. The positive altitude difference of this hike is 23 m. The highest point to go is 20 m above sea level. To begin this challenge, it would be advantageous to park in the car park located after the church on Saint-Guénolé. During this route, hikers will appreciate several points of interest such as Bot Conan beach, Pointe de Cap Coz, etc.

Anse de Saint-Cadou towards Pors Meillou

Are you a seasoned walker looking for more challenging hikes? This tour is made for you! In fact, walkers are required to cover a 12.63 km path in 3 hours 50 minutes. Its positive altitude difference amounts to 79 m. During this route, athletes follow Anse de Saint-Cadou to arrive at Pors Meillou on the Odet river. Along the way, they will be seduced by the Penfrat castle, the Saint-Cadou Chapel but also many other attractions.

From Beig Meil to the tip of Mousterlin

It is a hike of medium difficulty lasting 3 hours 20 minutes. Its elevation gain is 9 m. Departing from the Plage de Dunes car park in Beig Meil, walkers will discover the Marais and Pointe du Mousterlin during this beautiful hike. Along the way, they can take advantage of small breaks thanks to the picnic tables available.
