Stand-Up Paddle: the ancestor of surfing in Trégunc

Stand-Up Paddle is a nautical board sport which consists, as its name suggests, of standing on a board usually longer and thinner than a classic surfboard and moving forward using a paddle.

An ancestor of modern surfing and not too complicated, Stand-up Paddle, also called SUP or Paddle, has become trendy again in recent years. In addition to providing a pleasant feeling on the ocean, it allows you to work your cardio, your legs, your muscles and your entire body, while having fun. But to master it well, you just need to equip yourself well and take lessons if necessary.

In Trégunc, alone, with family or friends, come and surf in SUP on some of the best beaches in Finistère or go for seaside paddle rides to discover the Breton coasts!

Canoe-Kayak: the pleasure of being on the water in Trégunc

Canoeing, also called paddle sports, is a sporting or leisure activity which consists of boarding a canoe, a kayak, a raft or a canoe and being propelled by the paddle. It is practiced in calm water, white water and maritime environments.

Alone or with others, opt for 1 to 4-seater sea kayaks and all embark to discover the most beautiful seaside spots in South Finistère! Also let yourself go with the tides between the Aven and the Belon in a family canoe.
